All good things start with an inspiring conversation.

Getting to know the inspiration behind my customers’ commissions is my favourite part of the bespoke process. This is the opportunity to share your stories, memories and exciting future plans so I can start envisioning your unique design.

I offer in-person appointments at my tranquil Brighton studio, or alternatively I am happy to speak on a Zoom call if it’s more convenient for you. This is an intimate process so I want you to feel comfortable and at home with me.

In our initial appointment, we will discuss all design details including metal choice, stone options, finger sizing and cost.

I am passionate about creating future heirlooms for everyone, so I happily work with a range of budgets. This is the opportunity to tell me your guide budget, which will help me guide you towards the correct materials and stone selection based on your requirements.

I will also provide initial sketches to help visualise our ideas and start bringing it all to life for you.

Once we have an agreed design, I will reach out to my trusted stone suppliers to get a selection of stones that meet your desires.

This is where it gets really exciting...you can choose your dream stone in person or over a high quality video call. I do this to bring you into the process and ensure you are 100% happy every step of the way. Your dream design is one step closer...

Once the design stage has been finalised, your stone has been chosen and your final quote has been agreed on, I will start handcrafting your piece at my bench.

I ask for a 50% deposit to start, and the remaining balance upon completion. I craft your piece entirely from scratch, so the average timeline for production is 10-12 weeks. I am however happy to accommodate shorter timelines where possible.

The best part of the process...your one-of-a-kind design is ready for you. All the magical creations that leave my studio are presented in a branded Kitty Griffiths jewellery box.

I love nothing more than seeing the joy on my customers’ faces when they see their designs for the first time, so you are more than welcome to collect in- person from my studio. Alternatively I can ship via Royal Mail’s special delivery service.
