Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions apply to all work and contracts entered into with Kitty Griffiths Jewellery. By placing an order with Kitty Griffiths Jewellery, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.  If there are any disagreements with these terms and conditions, you should cease using this website immediately.

Our satisfaction policy

We hope that you will be happy with your experience and you’re full satisfaction with your jewellery is our top priority. If there are any problems with your order, please get in touch at hello@kittygriffithsjewellery.co.uk within the first 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to come to a happy solution.

Bespoke orders

Bespoke orders include and are not limited to orders made to customers specifications. Any personalised stock pieces, including engraving, stone setting, ring size adjustments etc. Any modification to stock pieces are included in our bespoke orders. Bespoke items cannot be returned. However, please do get in touch and we will aim to resolve any issues on a case-by- case bases.

Quotes

Due to the nature of precious material costs fluctuating, quote prices are honoured for 7 days. Orders placed outside of the honoured period may vary and additional quoting charges may apply.

Ready to ship & stock items

Exchanges are accepted on ready made stock items or ready to ship items within 28 days of the delivery date. Alternatively, credit can be used towards any bespoke commissions. Items must be returned in its original state, unworn, undamaged in its original packaging. All return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons, earring returns are not accepted.

Timings

Bespoke order lead times will be discussed during the initial quotation stage. Bespoke items take 8-10 weeks as a guide. Please get in touch and we will always try our best to work to shorter deadlines.

Shipping & returns

All items are sent using Royal Mail special delivery service. All items are tracked & signed for by 1pm next day and insured. Customer will need to provide an address where the delivery can be signed for and accepted. In the event that the delivery is not signed for, a card will be left by royal mail and the parcel will be held at your local depot for collection.

Bespoke orders cannot be refunded. Please see ‘Bespoke orders’ section above.

Ready to ship and non customised stock items can be exchanged or credited within 28 days of the delivery date. Please see ‘Ready to ship & stock items’ section above.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item if there are any issues with your order and we will do our best to resolve it. Returned faulty items must be sent and received  by Kitty Griffiths Jewellery before any replacements or credits to the customer can be processed.

Customer responsibility

All bespoke orders will receive a quote prior to any formal contract or work being agreed. Agreement to a quote and paying a 50% deposit you are agreeing to details laid out in the quote. Any additional changes after the deposit is payed may be charged as extra. The remaining balance is due on completion before any items can be delivered to the customer. Deposits are non refundable in most situations.

All delivery and postage is payable by the customer.

The customer agrees that all images and details of jewellery made by Kitty Griffiths Jewellery can be used as marketing material online and on social media, unless opted out in writing.

Your feedback and reviews are incredibly valuable to Kitty Griffiths Jewellery and may be used and referenced in future marketing and social media.

Item descriptions

All items are listed with images, measurement and weights as guidance and are describes as best as possible. Due to the nature of handmade and bespoke creating, all details and images are listed as guidance. Any extra information can be asked for through contacting us at hello@kittygriffithsjewellery.co.uk
